What happens on these pages
The guide is static HTML with a matching Markdown reading version. It contains no public form, account, upload, chat, calculator or medical-history entry. No page script, analytics code, advertising pixel, cookie-setting feature or local-storage feature is included in this build.
Reading a page or loading its same-origin image requests that resource from the server serving the guide. The hosting service's connection logging and retention depend on its actual configuration.
The consultation link opens another site
The in-person consultation action goes to www.smile-fx.com. Its URL includes the source tag unfinished-aligner-care, the microsite medium and the smile-fx-guides campaign. Those labels identify the guide as the referring source; this guide does not add a name, symptom or health history to the URL.
The destination has its own data practices and any form it chooses to provide. Review the destination's policy before submitting information there. This guide does not receive a copy of a submission, verify a booking or report that the consultation destination has accepted your case.
Choose what to share through the appropriate route
You can read the teaching examples without sharing personal records here. If the practice asks for records, confirm its supplied route directly. Do not put health information into a website address or a public message merely because a guide discusses previous care.
